今天放学后，我到球馆去练乒乓球。
Today, after school, I went to the gym to practice table tennis.
我先和王老师练了一会儿，老师夸我进步快，然后就决定开始对擂。
I practiced with Mr. Wang for a while. The teacher praised me for my fast progress, and then decided to start the challenge.
第一次比赛，我非常紧张，心里扑通扑通地跳。我使出全身本事，一个正手、一个反手。很快，在前半局我有了较大的优势，以5：1领先，我暗暗对自己说：“一定要坚持！”
For the first time, I was very nervous and jumped in my heart. I use all my abilities, one forehand and one backhand. Soon, in the first half of the game I had a big advantage, leading 5-1, I secretly said to myself: "we must insist!"
比赛到了最后时刻，我给老师一个大力扣杀，“我赢了！”我高兴得一蹦三尺高！
At the end of the game, I gave the teacher a big smash, "I won!" I was so happy that I jumped three feet!
