  As we all know health is very important for everyone . Without health it’s more difficult for us to enjoy a happy life. However in our life not everyone can have a healthy lifestyle.

  To be healthy we should take proper exercise and have a balanced diet. Besides having a scientific timetable is also very necessary. In addition we’d better develop some good habits in our daily life and keep away from alcohol and drugs. What’s more as students we should not be addicted to addictive computer games which will distract us from study.

  In a word it’s a good idea for us to keep fit. Only in this way can we live a positive life.

  我们都知道健康对每个人来说都是非常重要的。没有健康我们难以享受幸福的生活。然而在我们的生活中不是每个人都能有一个健康的生活方式。

  健康我们应该适当的.锻炼和均衡饮食。除此之外有一个科学的时间表也是非常必要的。此外我们最好养成一些好的习惯在我们的日常生活远离酒精和毒品。更重要的是作为学生我们不应该沉迷于电脑游戏上瘾这将使我们远离学习。

  总之这对我们来说是一个好主意来保持健康。只有用这种方法我们才能过着积极的生活。

It is totally wrong idea, the doctor says in the newspaper that breakfast is very important for people s health, in the morning, people need energy, after a night s sleeping, the stomach is empty. So if not filling breakfast, people s body will get weaker. We can eat less food in lunch and dinner, but not in breakfast. It is said that some will get fat if they don t have breakfast, because the diet is not balanced, the body takes in more than what they need. So in order to keep fit, we should have breakfast.

  为了保持健美,一些青少年忽略早餐,他们认为吃得越少,越健美。这是完全错误的观念,医生在报纸上宣称早餐对人的健康很重要,早上,人们需要能量,经过了一晚的睡眠,胃变得空荡。所以如果不吃早餐,人们的身体就会变得虚弱。我们可以在午餐和晚餐少吃点,但是早餐要吃。据说,一些人如果不吃早餐会变胖,因为饮食不平衡,身体吸收的会超过所需的。所以为了保持健康,我们应该吃早餐。
