　　I am very disappointed not to be able to go to see a film with my friends, to play my favorite musical instrument, or to watch TV with my family in the evening. I have to sit at desk and do my homework, which can not be finished until midnight, I m tired of doing much homework, get bored at taking so many exams, and lose interest in studying.

　　Teachers, please get rid of homework and examinations. Examinations are nothing but anxiety-makers. Homework is nothing but interest-killers.

　　Teachers, we can learn more outside the classroom. Classroom gives us limited kinds of information. We can only learn some dead knowledge from the books.Teachers, please set us free, and let us learn more outside the classroom

　　from the environment, from TV, from private study or from our friends.

　　Keeping Water Sources Clean

　　Who is willing to drink the polluted water? It can cause us to be ill and even to die. We can't wait for a moment to protect our water sources. The water we use comes from oceans, lakes, rivers or streams. But many of these water sources are getting seriously polluted. Towns and cities are pouring dust into the water. Many people are throwing all kinds of dirty things into the water. Factories are pouring waste material into the water. Therefore, water sources have become so badly polluted that some of the water is unfit to drink or to use. Now it is high time that we should do something to protect our water environment from being polluted.

　　污染的水会使人生病甚至死亡，有谁愿意喝这样的水呢?我们要保护水源，刻不容缓。我们用的水来自海洋、湖泊、河流或小溪，但这些水源有许多正受到严重的`污染。城镇乒把大量的尘埃排入水中，许多人正把各种;各样的脏物投进水中，工厂正把废物排入水中。因此，水源已经污染严重，其中一些不适合再饮用。现在到了.采取措施保护水环境使其免受污染的时候了。

　　野餐：picnic

　　May 20th Wednesday Cloudy and drizzle

　　Yesterday my classmates and I went to on a picnic. According to our plan we would climb the West Mountain.

　　Early in the morning all of us gathered at the gate of our school, we started of at seven, soon it began to have a little rain. We kept on riding for an hour till we reached the foot of the mountain.

　　The little rain stopped then. We began to climb. Soon we reached the top of the mountain. How beautiful it was when we looked at the view from the top. We ran. sang, jump, played chess, and had the pictures taken on the top of the mountain. and had lunch on the rocks. How happy we were!

　　After the lunch we went down the mountain. We got home at four, all of us almost gave out.
