There is only one word which can describe my childhood. The word is“carefree”that so many today's kids do not understand，although they have delicious food，beautiful clothes and pretty toys.
My parents never forced me to do anything. I recited a lot of poems and fine articles，but not for performing before their friends and our relatives，just because I enjoyed rhythms and words. So I never considered them a burden。 Later，when I was in the primary school，the homework was very few and easy to do，and I was never asked to be the top students.
Nor did my parents stop me from doing anything. After I finished my homework，I could stay outside for a whole afternoon to do whatever I liked. I used to go swimming in the river in summer，skating on the ice in winter. Sometimes I played basketball or football with my little friends. I could read any book，and my parents never examine it before my reading.
Sometimes I think my childhood was boring and not unforgettable，but I was really carefree and happy then. What is more important than to give a child a happy childhood?
只有一个词可以描述我的童年。这个词是“无忧无虑”,很多今天的孩子不懂,尽管他们有美味的食物,漂亮的衣服和漂亮的玩具。
我父母从不强迫我做任何事。我背诵很多诗,好文章,但不执行他们的'朋友和亲戚之前,仅仅因为我喜欢节奏和单词。所以我从不认为他们是负担。后来,当我还在小学,作业很少,很容易做,而且我从未要求最优秀的学生。
我的父母也没有阻止我做任何事。我完成了我的作业后,我可以呆在外面整整一个下午做任何我喜欢的。我过去在河里去游泳在夏天,在冬天在冰上滑冰。有时我和我的朋友打篮球或足球。我可以读任何书,和我的父母从来没有检查过我的阅读。
有时我觉得我的童年是无聊和不难忘,但我当时真的无忧无虑的快乐。什么是更重要的不是给孩子一个快乐的童年吗?
