　　In my 18 years of life， there have been many things. University days are the best part of them. I can never forget the days when I stepped into my university. I was impressed by its garden-like campus， its enthusiastic students and especially its learning atmosphere. I at once fell in love with it.

　　After the arduous military training， I get absolutely absorbed in my studies. The classes given by the teachers are excellent. They provide us with information not only from our textbooks but from many other sources as well. They easily arouse my insatiable desire to take in as much as I can.

　　Frankly speaking， at first I had some difficulty following the teachers. However， through my own efforts and thanks to my teachers' guidance， I made remarkable progress. Now I've benefited a lot from lectures and many other academic reports.

　　Learning is a long process; I'll keep exploring in the treasure house of knowledge to enrich myself. I also realize that only those who bring happiness for others can be truly happy. So I often take part in activities concerning public welfare.

　　Besides study and social practice， there are entertainments as well. I do body building every day， hoping to keep healthy and energetic.

　　Campus life is the most splendid time. But different people have different choices. The majority of students cherish their beautiful season and cherish the hope that one day they'll become outstanding. But there are indeed some students still under ignorance. They gather together for eating， drinking or playing cards. They're busy in searching for a girlfriend or a boyfriend. They forget completely about their mission as college students and the hope of their motherland.

　　Finally， I do hope everybody can try their best to become a worthy citizen of the country. I do hope everybody can become the backbone of our nation and make great contributions to society!

　　Each human is born as something new, each has his or her unique potentials,capabilities and limitations, each is born to win.

　　Great British thinker and philosopher Bertrand Russell said,Three passionshave governed my life: the longing for love, the search for knowledge, andunbearable pity for the suffering of mankind. This is what he lived for , thisis what he wanted to win during his life. Now , I wanna ask you a few questions: what you have lived for, do you want to win and how to win

　　There is no doubt everybody has thought about the following issues : whatare my things where lay my dream how to achieve my lifelong goals What is themeaning of life Can I be a man of value

　　I always fall into the thoughts above. We own the treasure --- youth, afamous saying recalls me, youth is not a time of life but a state of mind, youthis a matter of the will , a quality of the imagination , a vigor of theemotions. It is the deepest springs of life. But the fact is, Failing toattempt, losing faith and hope, lacking confidence and ambitions, even worse,losing dream. the reality is often ironic.

　　Everyone wants to be someone, each person have the will to succeed, butmost of us give up halfway . A winner is not one who never fails,but one whonever quits. Be faithful to your ideal , never give up , you can make adifference as the successful man. you have got to keep one thing in mind " eachis born to win ,have no reasons to draw back".

　　Sweat and tears wash away the setbacks and enlarge the possibility ofsuccess. Anyone of us should take up your responsibilities bravely , set up yourown stage ,and to make your world colorful and meaningful for the sake of whateach one is born to win. Wherever you are, no matter what pains there are, nomatter how difficult it is, just do it ,you will be the next winner.
